Alexandre KAHN

Analyst Developer

Alexandre obtained a M.Sc. degree in Computer Science with a specialisation in Software Languages and Software Engineering from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.

During his studies, Alexandre was involved in different student organisations aimed at organizing activities for computer science students and students from his native Antwerp. During his Master's studies he also had the opportunity to go on a volunteering internship in Gambia where he contributed to the installation of computer labs for the students of a local university. For his Master’s thesis Alexandre researched a way to provide more precise access control in permissioned blockchains. The solution was based on object capabilities, which are used to define the level of access and the rights a user has on a specific object, in this case extending it to the blockchain, its components and its data.

Alexandre joined B12 in September 2020 as an Analyst Developer. In his spare time, Alexandre likes to practice sports like fencing, to take his bike for a ride or to go on a hike, as well as to hang out with friends.
