Olivier Martin

Olivier has held the position of Technical Expert since 2023. He first joined B12 Consulting in June 2018 as a Developer Analyst and was promoted to Associate in 2020.

He graduated from UCLouvain in 2018 with a Master's degree in Computer Science, specializing in software engineering and programming systems as well as computer security and networks. For his Master's thesis, he developed an algorithm to analyze and identify students' learning progress and difficulties, based on exercises assessed automatically via a web application.

Olivier is a professional with extensive expertise in Angular and Scala. Over the years, he has been able to develop his technical skills and strengthen his leadership and ability to manage large-scale projects, enabling him to make a significant contribution to the company's growth and success. He works efficiently and with meticulous attention to detail. Olivier doesn't hesitate to challenge ideas, bringing new perspectives to projects.

He has played a key role as a developer on a wide variety of projects over the years. For example, he worked on the development of a photovoltaic panel management application. For this project, he designed the architecture for managing large amounts of data. He is also responsible for the ongoing maintenance and evolution of the project. He is also the technical expert on a project for an agency of the Walloon Region. Olivier is proud to be involved in projects that bring real added value to his customers' businesses.

Outside work, Olivier is passionate about nature and new technologies. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the piano, cooperative board games, video games, model building and gardening
