Alexandre Hache

Alexandre joined B12 consulting as an Associate in October 2025.

He holds a Master's degree in Control Engineering from IMT Atlantique in Nantes in 2019. He began his career working with French automotive manufacturers, where he contributed to the development of hybrid vehicle technologies. Driven by a strong interest in advanced control methods and AI, he went on to earn his PhD in Control in 2025. His research focused on developing novel and robust algorithms for neural network training. In parallel, he taught extensively in control, signal processing, and machine learning, and also launched a student project on autonomous robotics.

As an AI Engineer at B12 Consulting, Alexandre leverages his deep expertise in robust algorithms to deliver innovative and reliable solutions for complex industrial challenges. His professional focus is dedicated to ensuring robustness in the AI applications he delivers, while his natural curiosity leads him to closely follow the fast-growing field of embodied AI.

Outside of work, Alexandre enjoys hiking, exploring personal robotics projects, and playing board games. He is also always ready to pick up a good book or listen to an interesting podcast.
