Antoine Debor

Antoine joined B12 Consulting as an AI Engineer in January 2026.

Antoine has a background in Electrical Engineering from ULiège, focusing on signal processing, machine learning and robotics, and naturally gravitated toward Artificial Intelligence early on. He later began a PhD in neuromorphic deep reinforcement learning, driven by curiosity about how principles observed in biological systems can inspire more adaptive and efficient AI models. He also worked as a teaching assistant, an experience that gave him a strong taste for pedagogy and for making complex ideas accessible to different audiences.

Beyond technical challenges and his interest in emerging AI models and techniques, what truly motivates him is designing AI solutions that create concrete value for businesses while keeping humans central to their development. He is particularly committed to fostering responsible and ethical AI that aligns with the idea of “AI for good.”

Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor sports, especially trail running, which he values for the challenges, inherent unpredictability, and mental strength it requires. He is also passionate about culture: cinema, music in all its forms, good food (both tasting and cooking), books and comics. Whenever he gets the chance, he can often be found drawing, pen in hand.
