Say hello to...

Coraline Stasser

Associate

Coraline joined B12 Consulting in 2025 as an Associate.

She obtained a Master’s degree in Physics from the University of Namur in 2017, followed by a PhD from the same university in 2021. During her doctoral studies, she developed and used a very low-background neutron detection system to constrain the existence of hidden branes in cosmology. She then completed a postdoctoral fellowship, also at the University of Namur. Her research focused on the development of a gamma spectroscopy system for the detection of low-activity samples.

Throughout her PhD and postdoc, Coraline participated in numerous teaching activities, such as supervising lab and tutorial sessions, as well as substituting for the radiation-matter interaction course. Her academic background allowed her to develop programming skills, particularly in C++ and Python, which she used to model detection systems and to process and analyze experimental data.

Coraline has a constant desire to learn and develop her skills. She particularly enjoys working in a stimulating and collaborative environment. In her free time, she enjoys painting landscapes with soft pastels and taking care of her little boy.
