Emilie Fockedey

Émilie joined Yuma Group in July 2025 as a Business Developer and Program Manager. In this dual role, she helps companies identify and seize the opportunities offered by artificial intelligence, while turning strategies into concrete, value-creating actions.

An engineer by training, she also holds a university certificate in AI. With over 15 years of experience at the intersection of technology, project and program management, and organizational transformation, Émilie has led major initiatives such as the Walloon AI program. In that role, she played a key part in shaping roadmaps, fostering the AI ecosystem, and building strategic partnerships to accelerate adoption of the technology. She has also steered large-scale strategic transformation and change management projects for major corporations, particularly in HR processes.

Certified in coaching with more than 500 hours of practice, Émilie combines strong analytical rigor with a people-centered approach to leadership. She is recognized as a trusted advisor who can translate complex technological challenges into clear, actionable business strategies. Her management style is driven by action, collaboration, and a constant search for innovative solutions.

Outside of work, Émilie is a passionate runner who has embraced long-distance trail running—a demanding discipline that mirrors her professional ethos of endurance and pushing beyond limits. Her love for tackling complex challenges also shows in her keen interest in investigations and thrillers.
