As an AI transformation leader, Georges helps organizations unlock measurable business value from artificial intelligence.

Over the past two decades, he has shaped and led major AI and data transformations across consulting, financial services, and global enterprises. He has co-founded analytics and software initiatives that embedded data-driven solutions into consulting practices, and later built and scaled data and AI capabilities within large international organizations, defining and executing global data strategies, modernizing platforms, and initiating enterprise-wide AI enablement programs.

Today, Georges works with executive teams to move from AI experimentation to impact — from Everyday AI that boosts productivity, to Optimize AI that transforms processes, and Disrupt AI that creates new business models. His current focus is on agentic AI and how multi-agent systems will bring massive work reinvention and transform management practices by producing rich digital activity traces that enable new forms of process mining, performance steering, and decision governance.
